Evangeloudi Elisavet is a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist (License No. AP5100). In recent years, she has been living and working in London, England. Currently, she is enrolled in a three-year master’s program in Psychoanalysis and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at Birkbeck University of London and, concurrently, is undertaking supervised clinical training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at an institution Elisabeth is a final-year psychology student at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a master’s degree in Health Psychology from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. She has completed training programs and holds certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), holds a diploma in clinical mental health internship, and also holds a diploma in Integrative Counseling with a specialization in the Person-Centered approach and psychodynamic counseling. In addition, she has received supervised training at university hospitals in Greece and the United Kingdom as a psychologist and trained psychotherapist, participating in psychometric procedures and sessions with adults across a wide range of psychological difficulties, such as anxiety disorders and panic attacks, depression, psychosomatic problems, obsessions/compulsions (OCD), post-traumatic stress, eating and sleep disorders, etc. In recent years, she has been working in England as a psychologist/counselor in various settings, providing psychological support to vulnerable groups as well as individuals with various psychological difficulties.
Based on her academic qualifications and professional experience, her goal is to develop a therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect, and understanding, and to create a therapeutic framework grounded in the ethical values and guidelines of the profession of psychodynamic psychotherapy. Elisabeth also utilizes counseling and psychotherapy methods and skills to help individuals seeking counseling develop a better understanding and recognition of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, strengthen their self-confidence and self-perception, and acquire the appropriate skills to improve their quality of life.
Elizabeth focuses on the values of psychodynamic psychotherapy, such as active listening, empathy, and emotional understanding to create a therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect, and to help individuals achieve their therapeutic goals.
