Elena Kovaiou is a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist, a graduate of the Department of Counseling and Psychology at Teesside University in Middlesbrough, England. She has been trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy at the Center for Applied Psychotherapy and Counseling (KE.PSY. SY) and has completed further training in Eating Disorders at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (KEADD). Since 2015, she has been engaged in individual counseling and psychotherapy for adults, while she consistently attends various continuing education seminars and regularly participates in conferences to enhance her knowledge and update the tools she uses. Her primary interest lies in empowering vulnerable social groups, and she has worked in various settings that serve these groups. She is distinguished by her empathy, and each case is approached individually according to the needs of the client.
